It did it! For a few days it was sunny. It was glorious. It was Spring. Hurray Spring has start… oh wait… back to the dark, drab days again. Organic Matter! There is brighter news, though in that Whilton Locks Garden Village are open every single day offering colour, advice, a trip out and lots and lots and lots of choice for you.
Whilton Locks Garden Village is family owned and proudly independent. Being an independent Garden Centre means we can offer a huge, diverse range of quality plants and products you just will not see anywhere else.
And (Don’t start a sentence with and!) The prices are the best around too – we offer the best value (and quality) for money for ‘smiles around’ and if you do happen to clock something you fancy, perhaps one of our stunning furniture sets, elsewhere we’ll price match it. (Dave, our furniture expert, has just shouted that it is subject to like-for-like and some other conditions, but you get the gist).
And (Tsk) Right now the whole site is a riot of colour. A world of inspiration. A get up and go to motivate you to get up and grow – from fabulous flowers to incredible edibles. Our grow your own patch, for instance, is stuffed full and now is the time to buy and set those seeds.
And (You have done it again) Our displays are the best around. They constantly change too. What you see this weekend will, no doubt, be different next weekend as our seasonal displays, display – thank you for your lovely comments on our presentation of plants and products – it gives our staff such a huge boost.
And (Not again, a sentence starting with and?!) We’ll deliver. Our vans travel all across the land – or just up the road.
And (I give up!) We do cake in our newly extended Canalside Restaurant. (Oh, I see I’ll forgive the ‘ands’ for a slice).
