Ice Skating at Whilton Locks Garden Village<\/strong>

General<\/strong>
\nReal ice gives you that authentic Ice Skating feeling
\nTop quality skates included in the ticket price
\nThere is no minimum age for skating
\nSessions start on the hour and last 45 minutes. After each session we re-do the ice, which can take up to 15 minutes ready for the next ‘on the hour’ session.<\/p>\n

Booking Online<\/strong>

\nYou can book HERE.<\/a>
\nBooking online guarantees your skate at that time (as long as there are space available at the time of booking) You can ‘turn up’ and skate however, you may have to wait and anyone who has booked will be in front of you. Upon booking online, please print your booking confirmation order and BRING IT WITH YOU. Failure to bring this printed confirmation and\/or order number may delay your skate.<\/p>\n

Exceptional Weather Conditions<\/strong>
\nThe ice rink is open come rain or shine. Please dress according to the weather conditions on the day. Climatic conditions may cause a layer of water on the ice surface, this will not affect your skating and does not make it unsafe to skate. Although you may get wet if you fall over!<\/p>\n

Ice Rink Safety Information and Good Skating Practice<\/strong>
\nPut your skates on in the skate change area.
\nPlease keep away from the ice area when resurfacing is taking place.
\nObey skating marshalls\/management.
\nEnsure your skates are fitted correctly, wear suitable attire for an outdoor skating.
\nReport any accidents to a member of staff.
\nDo not go on the ice without skates.
\nDo not carry children and infants.
\nDo not eat, drink or chew on the ice.
\nDo not take bags, phones or cameras on the ice.<\/p>\n

Anti-social behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and those responsible will be asked to leave the rink with no refund given.<\/p>\n

ALL SKATERS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY SKATE AT THEIR OWN RISK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum Age\/Adult Supervision<\/strong>
\nFor all sessions the minimum age for children to skate is 4 years old. All 4 to 7 year olds must be accompanied on to the ice by an adult (18 years old and above) in skates. Maximum of 5 children per adult. We recommend that children under the age of 12 are accompanied by an adult (the adult need not be skating).<\/p>\n

Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong>
\nIf booked online or via telephone, your place is reserved and therefore cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted less than 24 hours in advance. There is an option to cancel your booking if more than 24 hours in advance.<\/p>\n

Booked online cancellations can be made via the online booking section of our website. If you need to cancel you can by entering the cancellation code (bottom of your booking email) on the booking form. This will cancel your session and a refund will be generated via Paypal. (please allow 7-10 days to clear).<\/p>\n

To ensure our Ice Skating Staff give their full attention to customers arriving to prepare for their skating session, and to avoid mistakes, cancellations cannot be authorised at the check in desk or anywhere on site. Any reasonable claim for a refund will only be considered if made in writing to info@wlgv.co.uk. We are sure you appreciate that attempting to deal with reasonable requests for a refund in any other way during this very busy time of year may result in errors or misunderstandings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
