**Price Match Policy
We do our best to keep our furniture prices low and, in most cases, we are the cheapest around! The following are our standard price match policies:
1. We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our own satisfaction.
2. We will price match against any other UK retailer store or website. We will not price match outside mainland UK.
3. The product in question MUST be the same item, i.e. identical style, new, specification, size, colour and ordered on the same terms and the item must have the same product number as ours.
4. Both us and the competitor MUST have the product in stock for immediate purchase or delivery.
5. Gift vouchers are exempt.
6. Price match must be done on the same day as purchase – we will not accept price matches if the product has already been purchased.
7. We will price match the products only (delivery is not included, installation charges, product protection plans or other services.)
8. All price match transactions are carried out at the discretion of Whilton Locks Garden Village Management. We hold the right to refuse any price match transaction if we see fit.
